Working on behalf of David Topham’s CTP Limited and with Kier Property Developments Limited, we are acting as Development Manager for this 2.9acre city centre redevelopment project in Liverpool. The site is located between Pall Mall and Bixteth Street, in Liverpool’s Commercial Business District. The overall development will provide for three new, best in class, Grade A office buildings and a 284 bedroom, four star, full service hotel. The site has been cleared and remediated and development is due to commence in Q3 2022.
On behalf of our funding partner, Kier Property Developments and CTP Limited, Harlex is undertaking the Development Management role and liaising with the key stakeholders in the project. We are working closely with Liverpool City Council and the professional, marketing and letting teams to bring forward the first speculative Grade A office space in Liverpool’s CBD for over 10 years. One Pall Mall Gardens will be a 115,000sq.ft, Net Zero Carbon enabled, BREEAM Excellent, NABERS, Office building and alongside this, we will be delivering a new 284 bedroom hotel and over 6,000sqm of new, high quality landscaped public realm.
